Esposito Massage is owned and operated by Elizabeth Esposito, an experienced and licensed Registered Massage Therapist who is a member of the Massage Therapy Association of BC (MTABC) and the College of Massage Therapists of BC (CMTBC). Elizabeth has been practicing massage therapy since 2007. Originally practicing in Toronto and Yellowknife, she now practices in British Columbia, treating clients primarily in the Port Moody area.

Deep tissue massage aims to decrease chronic tension throughout muscles in the body. It is also known to help increase flexibility and range of motion and aid in improving posture. Deep tissue massage is often uncomfortable, and the therapist should only work as deep as the client is comfortable with.
Pre-natal massage is a modified version of Swedish massage. Therapists make sure that the baby is safe and that the mother is comfortable during the treatment. The treatment is modified as deep tissue work should not be attempted on pregnant women. Please note: Services by Intern Massage Students cannot be billed through extended health plans. All treatment times include administration, assessment, evaluation, treatment, and patient education, as per set out by the Registered Massage Therapists Association of British Columbia (RMTABC). As you will notice, our rates are below the RMTABC's recommended fee schedule.

Awesome massage! I have shoulder/back pain from an accident I had 4 years ago that stems up every once in a while. Elizabeth did a great job at focusing on the area. Used the right amount of force and I left feeling great. 👍 safety protocols were in place and the building was really neat. Will definitely be going back. Highly suggested.

I had an appointment yesterday with Reza. I came in for a first appointment with him and left never wanting to return again. I have muscle spasms on my shoulder blade/ribs area also affected my neck. Reza performed what he must think was a deep tissue massage but this was a tissue damaging massage. He used way too much pressure and left me battered and litterally bruised and in more pain then when I arrived. He wouldn't listen to me and kept saying it was a rotator cuff injury but this was old injury snd not my cheif concern.The building itself is in a basement of a house snd the linens on the

Karen and Elizabeth are incredible!!! Lovely place to enjoy a massage. I've had both relaxation and more of a deep tissue for relief type of massage haha and both are wonderful. I can still feel me calves releasing pressure from my massage today with Karen...such an amazing feeling.

I'm so happy to have found Esposito Massage!
I have chronic back pain and Elizabeth always works out whatever issue is building before it can get to a full blown back spasm and I end up out of commission for several days. Some people may not want to chat during a massage but I do and I enjoy her company and sense of humor.
My husband has also had a massage from Reza that was also excellent.

I had booked a massage with Elizabeth at Esposito Massage as I had been experiencing soreness throughout my body from my everyday activities. Four days following the massage, I haven't had the same body aches I normally have had in the past. She fixed me!
Another thing I really appreciated is she made me feel extremely comfortable. I have an issue with lying on my stomach as I feel claustrophobic with my face down in the head rest. I asked her if I could lie on my side and she was very accommodating and did not make me feel guilty for my issue. Thank you Elizabeth, you are awesome!

After my car accident a year ago, I have been regularly going to Esposito Massage for follow-up treatment related to healing my back and leg injuries. Throughout, I have had excellent healing services from Jonathan and other therapist at Esposito. They best part, in addition to the excellent massage services, is that If I cannot make it to an appointment, they will immediately make an alternative booking so I do not miss on my treatment. If my regular masseur, Jonathan, is unavailable, another masseuse will step in and provide me with the same excellent service. They are all very professional massage

I went yesterday for my first massage at Esposito massage.I saw Kyrill.It was fabulous , best massage ever. I said I like stronger pressure for massage and he didn't disappoint.He just started at this location.I hope he stays here it is near my work .I probably won't return to the place I was going before.Check them out.

I have suffered a few car accidents and with out the expert deep tissue massage I receive from Esposito Massage I don't know what I would do. I have immediate and lasting results. I am very impressed with the expertise and knowledge of both Elizabeth & Synnove at Esposito Massage. If you go see them you will be a very good hands.

I have seen many RMT's and no one else has been able to help me the way Elizabeth Esposito has. She really gets into the problem areas and works on keeping the pain away. I have gone to see her for neck and shoulders but more surprising I had a misaligned jaw from clenching my teeth in my sleep. I woke up in acute pain and I called and she got me… in right away.
