Giving two stars because I liked the quality of a massage and chiropractor services.
However other than that I'm disappointed with the attitude of this place.
Here are the key points:
1. I have referred at least three people to this location. Company has a policy that if you refer people, you get gift card. Nothing was provided to me.
2. When I brought this in a friendly reminder manner I was told that manager will call me on Monday ( This was Friday) and of course nobody called me for another two weeks
3. On my last appointment I brought this again and said that although you mentioned manager

Santina is an amazing RMT! When I started seeing her earlier this year at The Wellness Group, she was able to help me out with all of my tight and sore muscles from constantly sitting all day (as well as previously issues due to injuries), and even provides useful tips so that my muscles don't get as tight in between treatments. I highly recommend Santina at the Wellness Group!

I got a massage with Adrienne and she was attentive and informative. I will continue to visit to relief some shoulder and back pain that she was able to ease! I definitely wish I came sooner. They weren't able to direct bill my insurance but that's not a big deal to me. It can be difficult to schedule an appointment but I think if you plan ahead it'd be better.

Wow this is my first visit and I just had one of the BEST RMT massage of my life (and that’s a lot). I’ve been struggling with very tense neck shoulder and back after an injury. I booked an hr session with Haley and wow I’m so impressed and grateful that I’m feeling so much better after just one session. The reception is also very helpful and efficient. Will definitely be back and also bring my family as well. 10/10

I highly recommend Robert Lisi, the athletic therapist at the Wellness Group Aurora. Robert is very professional and truly cares about his patients! He has contributed greatly to significantly improving my chronic back pain. I have tried everything, but no other therapist or form of therapy has made real impact like Robert has. If I could give 6 stars I would!!! Definitely book with him!

I have been going to The Wellness Center for the past 3 months and I am working with Taylor to fix a long-term sports injury. She has been amazing in every aspect - from our actual therapy sessions to doing research on the best stretches to her advice on comprehensive home care. The front staff is amazing too in regards to bookings and payments. Highly recommend!

This was my first time coming here as a client and I was really impressed! The lady in the front was so warm and welcoming especially for first thing in the morning 😄. I came in for a full body massage as my back has been bothering me. It was done so well and Helen Yu was great! She was thorough and explained certain procedures and their benefits. Will definitely be coming back!

Friendly staff and great atmosphere. Dr Carano is an amazing chiropractor! She is so gentle with my son, he loves going to see her and he's just 2 years old! We started treatment for his reoccurring ear infections in November and I am happy to say she not only helped drain the fluid from his ears, we have yet to have an ear infection all winter!… Words can't express the gratitude! In the mean time, I had my second child and I had such bad lower back pain after giving birth. It was almost constant amd seeing how well my son was doing I decided to try it out myself. After just a couple sessions
