I would highly recommend Candace Keeling as the best Realtor agent I have ever seen. She sold my house in a week with strategies. She helps the selling price over asked 20% more !! More than this, she helps me on the whole process of selling house and make me carefree on staging, junk removal, snow shovel.. and many more ~~ she is very responsive and her team is so strong and don't forget her partner Justin who has helped on all minor touch to make my house much valuable :)

Candace was a pleasure to work with, she responded to our emails/messages promptly and answered all of our questions. She was not pushy and never made us feel like she was trying to persway us one way or another. when we asked for her opinion you can tell she was giving her honest opinion from her experience.

Candace is awesome! I was looking for a place in London but live in Toronto. She was able to coordinate many showings for the days I could come to London and use FaceTime to show me places that I couldn’t come down to see. She never pressured me to decide. Her knowledge of the London neighbourhoods was very reassuring. Her contacts with other realtors led us to avoid the bidding wars and buy directly for a fair price.
