Proper dental care is important from the moment your child's first tooth appears. Therefore, Dr. Masse recommends that your child's first visit to The Children's Dental Centre be on the appearance of their first tooth or 12 months of age, whichever comes first.

At The Children's Dental Centre, we manage the dental needs of your child while making the experience a positive one. Dr. Masse and the ENTIRE staff at The Children’s Dental Centre are exceptional. They are knowledgeable, concise, kind, caring, attentive and really great with children; they can truly help ease a child’s (and parents’) fear. I am so thankful to Dr. Masse and her staff for their work ethic. They helped my 4 year old overcome his fear of the dentist and helped positively shape his dental health journey. I am forever thankful.

BEWARE OF THIS ORGANIZATION! THEY REMOVE BAD REVIEWS TO BOOST THEIR RATINGS!
During the summer I brought my son here for his very first check up. I was told on the phone when I called to book the appointment that a cleaning would be included in the price. When we arrived at the office, we had to wait outside until someone let us in. During this time, my son who is 4 had to pee. I was told by a staff member to use the washroom in the building which is used by EVERYONE in the building. It was FILTHY! They didn't even offer us to use their own bathroom inside their office.

Amazing Dr. Shannon Mosse was soooo patient with my child with Autism!!!! The whole office sets the children up for success. Large screen TV, wide open spaces, lots of seating. All COVID Screening precautions followed. Booties to cover your shoes or socks! But the warm pastel colours, soft velvet chairs and chalkboards and teams of drawing paper makes this kid-friendly space so inviting. There was no worries about physical distancing while you waited shortly for your appointment. In the rooms the best thing ever, tv screens on the room for their favourite movie to watch!!!. Parents get to enjoy

Very impressed with today’s appointment for my 4.5 and 2.5 yo daughters. We visited with Nadia and Dr Shonna Masse for an exam and cleaning, and both were very sweet, patient, and took the time to answer my questions/concerns. They made it a positive experience for my kids, despite my youngest being extremely nervous and scared. Thank you!

Great place to take kids whenever they needed dentist. I have been taking 3 of my kids to this place and very happy with everything they helped me and my kids with. The place itself is very nice, very welcoming, kids always love to go back and stuff are just great! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone as a pediatric dentist!

Dr. Masse and her team at The Children's Dental are incredible. Our 2 year old had an accident and needed a tooth removed. The accident happened after hours and Dr Masse called us within minutes of leaving a message on the emergency number. She followed up every day and waked us through the process of getting the tooth removed. She also checked in daily to make sure our daughter was ok. It was an absolutely amazing experience and we would highly recommend The Children's Dental Centre!

Please call ahead and confirm pricing before visiting this place. I would also recommend you check your insurance before booking an appointment. I agree with all the other comments on here about pricing. When I first called to book an appointment for a First Dental Visit for my 4 year old son, the receptionist on the phone told me that the fee would be around $185 which includes a cleaning. I left paying $185 just for the exam, which was a total of 10 minutes. The hygienist told me that from her experience it's not a good idea to do cleanings on the first visit just to get the child used to the

I am the mom to a kiddo with special needs. We found Dr. Masse & team by fluke many years ago following a dental emergency where we our own dentist referred us elsewhere. We felt quite lost and rather rejected, until I made that call. This clinic of AMAZING women took care of my sons dental needs for YEARS with a level of patience and care that was not unnoticed. I would highly recommend this clinic to any parent for any kiddo. They truly have a grasp on how to deliver exceptional dental care to all types of kiddos.
