Services
Indie Head Massage is an ancient form of massage focusing on the face, scalp, neck, shoulders and pectoral regions. Warm oil is generously applied to these areas as well as to the hair (so bring a hat or hair tie for after). This is paired with deep therapeutic massage targeting muscles and fascial restrictions in the head-neck-shoulder area promoting a sense of deep relaxation.
All of our Massage Therapy treatment are provided by a Registered Massage Therapists (RMT). All of our RMT's have earned a college diploma which includes a minimum of 2200 hrs of training (2-3yr college program). We are proud to be health care professionals! Our RMT's are current members of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
Radial Shockwave Therapy has proven to be an effective treatment option for these conditions. It is unique in its' ability to treat conditions which have become chronic, where other more traditional therapies or modalities have not proven effective. Patients treated with Radial Shockwave Therapy frequently report immediate response to their treatment.

The RMT will then discuss with you treatment details and the type of treatment you are looking for as well as your health history. This is a great opportunity to ask questions or discuss important health issues if you are uncertain. During this time, the therapist will inform you of all the information you will need prior to your treatment.

My first time here and the service was great! From walking to the front door and getting greeted by the receptionist to meeting my massage therapist and getting the massage, everything was done amazingly. I had Nicole for my massage and she was amazing. She concentrates on the areas I tell her that I like to be work on and she follows through. She always make sure the strength level is okay during the session. She is very professional and friendly and I will definitely recommend her and Adam's to other people as well.

The RMT I saw was amazing. What I do have an issue with is that I got charged for appointments that I needed to cancel as I had open incisions from a very recent surgery and was instructed by my surgeon to wait until the incisions healed prior to getting any further massages.
You would think that this clinic and their Coordinator would understand the circumstances of that but clearly not.
I recommend them for their massage services but please keep in mind that if you need to cancel or change appointments for emergency or medical issues, they do not care and will still charge you for the massage

Had a wonderful experience at Adam's Massage Therapy this evening. Would highly recommend. I was seen by David for a deep therapeutic massage. He listened to my concerns, made sure I was comfortable and was able to work out some deep knots and tension in my back and neck. My back hasn't felt this great all year! Brenda at Adams Massage is a caring and thoughtful RMT, she really listened to my concerns and provided excellent treatment. I went to Brenda before and while I was pregnant and enjoyed her maternity treatments, she was very considerate. I continue to get massage treatments from Brenda on a regular basis and enjoy her charisma! Brenda gets 5 gold stars across the board not only for being an outstanding RMT but also for being a wonderful person. She helped me feel so comfortable and gives great massage treatments!

Had my first visit to Adam's massage therapy and I will be back! I saw Jean and he was very kind and welcoming. The therapeutic massage I received really targeted the problem areas I expressed before the treatment. The office itself is gorgeous, has great ambiance.

I had a wonderful experience with Adam's Massage Therapy. The atmosphere was relaxing and reception was so kind. I had a 60 min Prenatal massage done by Kim. Kim took her time to understand where I was having pain and focused her attention on my aggravated areas but did a thorough massage all over. She took extra precautions making sure I was comfortable the entire time with the extra cushions to help keep it so I wasn't laying directly on my stomach ! She checked in periodically to make sure I was still comfortable and if the pressure was right. I would 100% recommend Adam's as well as highly
