Services
Optimex engineers and designers have developed custom machinery for over 30 years, developing new standards in client productivity and efficiency. These solutions are customized to your unique production methods, facilitating higher productivity unattainable by conventional or mass produced machines.
Since 1977 Optimex Engineering has supplied a wide range of engineering services. A great part of our activity has focused on wire and cable machines. Our design was always at the highest technological level, always a step above the state of art in the field. During the last 15 years we have designed and engineered over 100 machines for the wire and cable industry.
During our thirty years of designing and building custom machines we have gained rich experience in the field of wire forming and spot welding machinery. We have built such machinery for the automotive industry, home appliances, nurseries, merchandise display racks, and many other industries. Incorporating a wire frame into your product will make it sturdy, but lighter and you will be able to offer it at a more competitive price.
Task dedicated industrial robots are more capable than off the shelf general purpose robots. They can lift more, reach further, withstand higher temperatures, be faster, and require less floor space -- just to name a few examples. They are simpler and less expensive by having their capabilities tailored specifically to your needs.
Assembling parts automatically on your production line will drastically reduce your operating costs and reduce human error. It will make the operation consistent in meeting the specified requirements of your product. An automatic assembly machine can run three shifts a day with little or no human assistance.
