Dr. Isabel Zajaczkowski graduated from the University of Toronto's Doctor of Dental Surgery program in 2011, after studying Pharmacology at Western University. An Etobicoke native, she has always felt very connected to the community. Her interest in dentistry began at an early age through her mother, who works in the dental field.
Dr. Ming Yau completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Western Ontario, achieving his degree of Honours Bachelor of Science. He went on to obtain his dental degree at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, in 1992. Dr. Yau is an active member of the Ontario Dental Association. Dr. Yau has been a passionate and enthusiastic lifelong learner in the field of dentistry.
When caring for your child's oral health, it is important to start at an extremely young age. Typically, we recommend dental care from the eruption of the first baby tooth at 6 months old. At this early age, the parents should make certain they're brushing their infant's teeth daily in order to help your child develop a brushing habit.

Always such an amazing experience here! Have been coming here with my daughters since they could get their teeth cleaned and Dr.Isabelle & Dr.Yau are extremely friendly and never disappoint! The receptionists are always very welcoming and friendly as well!! Highly recommend for a friendly family dentist experience!

Dr. Isabel is incredibly attentive to every detail of the experience and the result. She is super empathetic to achieve patient comfort, and then never stops working carefully to get a spectacular result. I have been going to Alderwood Dental for 53 years now. I drive from Brampton these days to go for appointments. My first dentist there was the original owner Dr. Roy Hing followed by his son Dr. Warren Hing. I still have all my teeth, minus 1, but at 71 I still have mine nice smile. All the dentists back then and through all the years and now, have been very professional in their work and have looked after all my dental needs. Dr. Isabel is amazing and very comforting and concerned as she provides careful treatment. Always asking if I am ok during treatment is a nice feeling in the chair. The

My daughter & I have been going to Alderwood Dental for more than 4 decades now.
All of the staff are welcoming, thoughtful & professional.
We've had some challenging procedures done & they are always patient, considerate, caring & take the time to explain the options available; then what is being done, while the procedure is in progress.
They also submit claims on line (saving me having to remember yet another thing), though I'm not sure if this applies to all insurance carriers.
The work is always thorough, with attention to detail & can be relied on, lasting much longer than anticipated

Love visiting Alderwood Dental. All the staff is always friendly, helpful and efficient. Happy that I can see they have taken a lot of extra safety measures during COVID. Felt very clean and very safe with all the precautions.

My family and I have been patients at Alderwood Dental for many years. The receptionist takes that extra step to call me the day prior as a courtesy reminder and is always very patient with me on the phone as I navigate my calendar to find a time that would work around my busy schedule. I was really looking forward to getting my teeth cleaned today now that businesses and services are able to operate again. I’ve been a patient at Alderwood Dental for many years now. I really love the friendly atmosphere combined with the level of professionalism and knowledge of everyone there. My hygienist Michelle always has the answers for all of my questions- and she is excellent at taking care of me and my teeth! From the dentists to receptionists, I appreciate the care and great service that everyone provides.
