Hi, my name is Charly. I've been in the hair industry for 3 years. Some people call me "The Hair Wizard" for the magical work I put out. I specialize in color corrections, blonding, balayage, highlights, kid cuts, men's cuts, clip-in extensions, updos and makeup. I'm looking forward to adding extensions to my list of services.

I made an appointment with Katherine because I desperately needed a color correction. Katherine was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to ask alot of questions and walked me through the entire process. It took all day but it was so worth it. I was really nervous but, I went from hating my hair color to loving it again. I made another appointment the next month to get the color where it was supposed to be in the first place, it had to be done in stages. I can't say enough about how great the experience was and will definitely be back!

This place was great! Called right when they opened and they lady I spoke with was really nice and helpful. They were able to squeeze me in with Charlie. I wanted a cut and color and she did an amazing job! I was nervous because I had not colored my hair this shade before but she did fabulous! Will be returning to her!

I scheduled a simple trim & style with this salon. The stylist washed and straightened my hair before trimming it straight across my back without lifting for measure. This was my first time seeing this technique but I'm not a stylist so I didn't say anything. A few days later, my coworker noticed that my hair was uneven. The right side was a few inches longer than the left side. I asked a few more friends and they confirmed my suspicions. I called in and spoke with someone who scheduled for me to come in and have a manager "recut" my hair. Awesome! I block out my lunch period and a few extra minutes

They did a horrible job, two different people did my hair like I was a training Manikin. Both sides came out different and hair was missed I have long and short hairs on my side. My perm did not get done right, some of my hairs permed, some she did not even roll and it was not rolled tight at all. They wanted me to pay to have them fix their issues after the hair dresser stated she did not use strong enough chemicals. I am having to sue this establishment and dispute them in order to go to another location. When they had me on hold they didn’t actually place me on hold and was talking about me
