Shawn Patenaude is a very good lawyer. He has helped with sales and purchases. Shawn helped enormously with our family farm transition plan (a difficult project to tackle) which included incorporation, transitioning the farm, wills, POA, health directives. Shawn is very easy to talk to and listens well to all concerns. He brings other concerns to the table and makes excellent recommendations. Thank you! HIGHLY recommended!
