I have been a client at Bak Massage Therapy for over 10 years. Jean is very knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. I was mainly getting RMT treatment for back pain when I initially started, after every session I always saw an improvement. Over the years, Jean has helped me treat chronic inflammation, stress, tension headaches, TMJ etc. I have also been doing osteopath treatments which I find very helpful. During my pregnancy, Jean has helped me relax more since pregnancy can be very stressful and taxing on the body. I highly recommend Bak Massage Therapy Clinic.

Jean Bak is great and I really appreciate the fact that she does direct billing! That is something very rare to find for a massage in the Markham area. The dog there is very friendly and calm, and even comes to lie down next to you while you get massaged if you're comfortable with that. Jean is professional and polite and always knows where to work on you to get the best results. My wife and I come here once a month and we love the atmosphere and the service. Would recommend to anyone looking for a massage, keep up the great work!

I came here on a whim a few weeks ago, and made an appointment with Jean for a deep tissue massage based on a few reviews had I read online. My initial thoughts were extremely positive as I was welcomed by a friendly face and clipboard waiting for me as I arrived (with my name written on a post-it note, how cute) to fill out. She also asked if I was comfortable with dogs as her "assistant" (as she calls him) is a cute little dog named Dante. And, of course, I was more than okay- he is a very mellow and calm dog.
The first part of the appointment included an assessment of my body and posture. I
