Buying a house for the first time is a big and important decision in your life. As someone who represents you and looks out for your best interest, I would like to introduce you to the First-Time Home Buyers' Tax Credit. First-Time Home Buyer's Credit (FTHBC) is a government program geared towards buyers like you.
The Home Buyer's Plan (HBP) is a government program that allows home buyers to withdraw up to $25,000 from their Registered Retirement Saving's Plan (RRSP) to put towards buying or building a new home. Before you can withdraw funds, you have to be entered into a written agreement that specifies whether you will be buying or building your new home.
The HST New Housing Rebate program allows you to claim a rebate on part of the HST you pay on the purchase price of either a newly constructed home or cost of building the home. You can claim a rebate on a newly renovated home, a purchase of a new mobile home, or when your home is destroyed in a fire and is subsequently rebuilt.

I used Tyler just over 9 years ago when I purchased my home and he was fantastic to deal with then and the reason for me using him when I wanted to sell my home. His professionalism, knowledge of the market and advice to prepare my house made the sale so easy to manage that I was never worried about anything. The stagers, just WOW!!!!! Tyler and Kirby are an exceptional team. Our house did not sell the first time we put it up with a different relator and Kirby was able to explain exactly why. This is our second time working with Tyler and when we decided to sell we didn’t hesitate to contacting the homesmiths . Tyler puts no pressure on you and no question is a silly one !! We had the option to stage our house with them and would like to give a shout out to Angie who is amazing at what she does and helped immensely in the sale of our house .
