So I'm one of those people who are terrified of the dentist, and I can say with 100% certainty that the staff at Ivory Dental are absolute stars!
Dr. Robert was so patient, caring and kind. He explained the treatments I needed and let me listen to music during procedures so I didn't have to hear the drills.
The reception staff were also fantastic. They helped me arrange dental treatments that worked within the parameters of my insurance, even when against the clock, and were very welcoming and friendly.
I'll be recommending Ivory Dental to anyone willing to listen!

I had root canal today with Jack and it was flawless service from start to finish.
They made me feel relaxed and that I was in a "safe pair of hands"
Every step was explained to me and I even learned a thing or two about dentistry in the process.

My four year old had to have her tooth pulled today. We tried to wait for a surgical suite but we couldn’t. So doctor rollingson and his staff were extra caring with my daughter and she didn’t even cry or flinch! The staff was amazing and comforting, even with me. They got us in fast and they truly care about their patients and their mouth health! 100% would recommend!

Dr. Heggie is amazing. And his dental assistant is smart and kind. They both dealt with a difficult extraction for me with kindness and with experience. I knew it would be a difficult situation but they really did an amazing job and were super considerate. Honestly they are the best dentist and dental assistant I’ve ever gone to. Experienced and care about you. Highly recommend

Always get excellent treatment and advice from Ivory Dental. Lots of options for the whole family and not pushy at all with treatment plans. Really committed to prevention, mine and my children’s teeth are in far better condition since joining this practice. Excellent after care and follow up. All the staff from receptionists, dental nurses, dentists and hygienists are a pleasure to deal with. Can not recommend highly enough.

An emergency issue with my daughter's dental brace led me to contacting Ivory Dental Practice on a Saturday morning. I wasn't very hopeful of finding anyone who could help me but I was very pleasantly surprised. Despite not being a registered patient, the practice immediately came to our aid, asked us to come right away and the problem was fixed - free of charge - within just a few minutes! I am so very grateful to the lady on reception and to Dr Brad Thornton for being so kind and helpful. As we are new to the area we will now definitely consider registering with the practice, albeit not the closest
