I called and asked for advice on what to do with my animal that ate something they shouldn't have. The vet asked to speak to me and didn't disclose there was gonna be a fee for it. They sent the bill 2 months later i called to complain and they have said they dont want me as a client because i refused to pay a fee that wasn't disclosed to. Which the actual the broke the vet code of conduct for bc in not disclosing the fee.

I have taken all 3 of my pets here and am a regular client here. My dog became very sick (Nov.30) and I called to make an emergency appointment for the next day- I was told they do not keep emergency time slots available and my first available appt. would be in January- of course by this time my poor dog would be dead by then.... I will not revisit this clinic.
