I went in after having constant/severe back pain due to being extremely ill during my pregnancy. It's common to have questions before your first visit to any new healthcare provider. Amazing to say the least.

Walked into integrated health centre in very rough shape. Sore foot had me limping and back pain had me hunched over and very stiff and rigid. DR.nick knew how to help me and wasted no time sticking some acupuncture needles in me for the first three weeks followed by 5 chiropractic visits. I feel better then ever now and am able to be active. Highly recommend IHC to anyone recovering from any health problems as he is full of knowledge on dietary issues/needs and maintaining good health. 5 out of 5 service on every visit

Every time I go it's an welcoming and comfortable environment. Everyone there is so happy to help you. I see Dr.Nick, not only does he have an amazing energy but he loves what he does and loves to walk you through what he's doing and why during the corrections/ adjustment process. I was in a car accident in the fall. Went to physio and massage for several months following, thinking that was the best course of action. When after several months of this regime and a lot of wasted money...nothing was working. I contacted integrated health for help. I’ve been going there for seven weeks. The difference is astounding. Renee (chiro) is very thorough, in my assessment she found things contributing to my pain that no practitioner has identified to date (in 2+years) and I have hope that I can finally get my shoulder pain under control. As a hypermobile individual I don't typically feel great after adjustment and she agreed and used alternative treatments to get what we needed. Looking forward to rehabbing with her.

I started going to them over the first covid lockdown. I had spent 2 years prior trying to get out of being hunched over but was at a part where I could no longer help myself. I went to a few chiros in the area… but none seemed to help with that last little bit of a hunch. I did laser therapy and let me tell you that stuff works. I'm incredibly happy with how much help they have and still give me and so glad I found a group of staff so polite and who wants to help. I highly recommend it here.

This is my second revised review. The first time I was not happy with the treatment, but it was a misunderstanding of the methods used.
They called me to try another chiropractic treatment with Doctor Bair-Patel.
And indeed was the best treatment I have ever had. This time he explained fully his methods and I felt much better,
I was used to older ways of adjustments. Without cracking my neck he used less invasive treatment and my pain was gone!
I will definitely continue to visit and recommend him very highly.

So they advertise that they're giving away a free month trial with their fitness center... I decide that this is the perfect opportunity to try them out before signing up/making my decision of going with Planet Fitness. I sign up, and call them as the instructions state. I've been going to Integrated Health Center since 2008. It's the best thing I've ever done. Be rid of aches and pains without medications by means of chiropractic adjustments, accupuncture, lazer therapy etc.....very professional doctors, Dr. Nick, Dr. Hebner, and Dr Foy. My wife sees Dr. Nick also. The staff is OUTSTANDING!! If your suffering from aches and pains, I recommend setting up an appointment and give the Integrated Health Center a try. You won't be sorry!! Time to get rid of the aches and pains and start LIVING again!!
