Very poor service, lady working on March 4th, 2021 around 2:30pm. Was extremely rude and unprofessional, was giving off a persona of being an official authority and not an insurance broker. Should be more polite to paying customers and not roll eyes and snap back for any questions that are asked to them. and accommodate any of there needs such as asking for a different plates. Always used their services but the blonde lady today made me think twice about my choice all along. Would pick a place with better customer service

We moved all of our Insurance to Brownridge a couple of years ago, they are amazing to deal with. Even before we made the switch Sean looked over our Business Insurance and found a lot of issues with our insurance at that time, if something had happened we would have been in trouble. Looking for a place to get some liability insurance for my business, I decided to contact Brownridge for a quote. Dorion was both friendly and professional, and provided me with a quote that made sure my business had all of the coverage that it needed. At around the same time, the COVID outbreak hit and my business plans were interrupted. Wow, how refreshing to have such amazing customer service, sadly something I experience rarely. I contacted Brownridge Insurance this afternoon asking a question about one of their underwriter adjusters.
