Like other reviews here, I also received poor service from Dr. Saad. The reception staff are lovely and I had a great experience here last year with Dr. Eissa who is wonderful. I was expecting to have my appointment with her again this year but was surprised to be scheduled with Dr. Saad. When I arrived for my appointment, i found out he wasn't there that day, but they hadn't called to warn me before I drove in from quite far away. I had to come back and that appointment was so disappointing, as he rushed through it and I agreed to a treatment before fully explaining my dental history. I called

Great team! Overall a very pleasant experience and environment for my first appointment here. Dr. Saad and my dental hygienist Natasha did a great job communicating to me my examination. During the cleaning, Natasha was very considerate and would make sure I felt no discomfort.

Firstly, the two receptionist were quite rude and had attitude but the dentist and his assistants were so wonderful and answered all my concerns very well. They also went through the extra step to explain me each process as they did my screening. Loved my overall experience, just wish the receptionist ladies were a bit more nicer and welcoming.

Every staff member I have met has been absolutely amazing and so nice! They remind you of your appointments, which is very helpful for forgetful and busy people. They try to get you in as fast as possible and will book you for multiple problems if you need them to, which is something I've always had trouble getting done.
