We also work with Employee and Family Assistance programs through your workplace. Working within a comfortable, supportive environment, our staff will help you to identify your goals and develop a plan of action for conflict and problem resolution.
Our team includes social workers, psychologists, and addiction specialists, all registered with their professional associations, have experience with multiple counselling modalities. We work with clients of all ages to provide cognitive and behavioral therapy, trauma counselling, critical incident therapy, and brief solution-focused therapy.
