Really pleased. This was the kind of service you hope for! Our heat pump was not delivering cool air. Andy diagnosed a reversing valve failure which meant replacing the heat pump. He explained the situation clearly and said he would call the manufacturer's tech support to make sure he was right. He called back, said the tech support agreed with him, but he wanted to come by again at no charge to make sure there was nothing else he could do. He came back with a list of things to check and found a wiring problem. The heat pump is working again, saving us thousands.

I claimed warranty for Rheem Electric hot water tank due to burned out element and faulty thermostat. Rheem engaged Prima plumbing to fix the tank and I got hooked up with Brad. Despite strange spare supply problems for Rheem water tank, Brad went out of the way to get the spares for us and installed them in time. Although I was pushing Brad as I was without hot water for couple of days during these cold days but Brad never lost his cool and showed up the next day with spare parts. I am very happy with the service and patience.

We wanted to take advantage of the Fortis/BC Hydro rebates offered in late 2020 so we started looking into replacing our Boiler and Hot water tank. We recieved a few different quotes and the only ones that were actually professional enough to follow thru with the quote and work was Prima Plumbing. I first spoke to Frank and it was like striking gold. He sent over Andy and Danny to replace our home heating system. The guys are professional and quality of workmanship is top notch. Really impressed with this company. Had them out to service a Trane heat pump, furnace, and air filter. Nick was courteous and knowledgeable and made the effort to keep me in the loop during the service visit. Did everything right. No cutting of corners. Felt completely confident in the job. I would have zero hesitation in using Prima Plumbing again.
