Downtown Brampton Wellness Centre offers four experienced Registered Massage Therapists, all professional members of The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and The Registered Massage Therapists of Ontario. We treat patients of all ages with Traditional Swedish Massage Techniques.
These include Deep Tissue Massage, Relaxation Massage, Myofascial Release, Sport Massage, Pregnancy Massage (Pre & Post Natal), TMJ & Headache Treatment and Lymphatic Drainage.We focus on relieving pain and injury caused by the stress of modern life. All of our massage therapy services are provided by Registered Massage Therapists and are covered by most extended health benefits plans.

Spinal Decompression Therapy helps patients relieve pain by improving joint mobility and slowing any further degeneration to the spine. We work to help patients be able to reduce their medication and stay away from surgery, letting their body heal itself naturally. We do this as gently as possible because we understand patients may come to us in excruciating pain.

I visited the clinic to see Dr. Tamar and I was greatly impressed. She takes the time to get your full medical history and works with you in resolving the issues. She was happy to work around my vegan/vegetarian choices.
I am also thinking about visiting the chiropractor in the clinic for my chronic pain issues.

I had the best experience ever. Treatment was very effective for me. My walking improved a lot. I was limping because of a hip surgery and 1 year post surgery, it seemed that I had to live with that. After the second adjustment, my body was aligned properly and I was amazed. Too bad I'm getting busy at work, because I feel better, and I can not go back as often as I would like. I strongly recommend this place. Dr. Is talented, staff is friendly, place is clean.

I found my initial call to the Clinic informative, courteous and very helpful. I was in pain and they accommodated an appointment the very next day. The Clinic’s intake is comprehensive so they pinpoint exactly how to help you. The staff took good care of my appointments, reminders, and the processing of my insurance claims. The Therapists and the Chiropractor are knowledgeable, sensitive and caring. I highly recommend this clinic. I felt very well taken care of.

From the beginning to the end, my experience at Downtown Brampton Wellness is delightful and informative. The receptionist is friendly and is always kind and pleasant. The massage therapist whom I go to, Beth is so friendly and caring. I can’t see myself getting a massage anywhere else. Beth and everyone I’ve encountered here goes the extra mile and does so genuinely.

Today I got my first prenatal massage at the wellness center. The lady that did my massage did a great job very kind and knowledgeable. I was then ready to leave after my massage.
I went to the front desk to see if I had to sign any papers for my insurance. The receptionist at the front desk Margaret, was VERY rude and impatient from the time I said hello. She told me that she could not take extra time to send my insurance information in again. All that was needed was my physician's name for the payment to go threw. She was also very rude to my insurance provider on the phone.

Just visited for the very first time. Every phone call I have had and even as soon as I entered the receptionists are friendly and welcoming.
