I would have said 15 out of 10! Megg is someone I trust and is a amazing resource for all things hair. She takes great care of you in the chair but her willingness to share her knowledge helps you create a style you can work with and love day in day out.

I got married in September and got hair and makeup done for my bridesmaids and myself. Megan was the coordinator and did a great job answering my questions and scheduling us in for the day. The day of everything ran smoothly and on schedule and all of the staff did such a beautiful job on everyone's hair and makeup, they all looked beautiful. I was able to give them a photo of what I wanted for my hair and she was able to duplicate it exactly. Everything turned out perfect and I strongly recommend this salon.

I paid a lot of money for what I believe to be a very underwhelming haircut. I was very turned off by the experience when I was asked verbally how much I wanted to tip in front of two other customers instead of being able to quietly select an option on the machine.

I’d just like to give a shout out to Waters Edge’s receptionist, Chloe!! 📣 She’s so professional, yet personable, and that has shone greater through these lockdowns with corresponding with her via Instagram, text, and phone. She’s the first face I see when I enter the salon/spa, and the last, and I can’t wait for that again when the lockdown is lifted! P.S. The entire Waters Edge team is wonderful, and the salon/spa offers quality services, quality products, and quality gals! I could go on with only good things to say, but they’re the best salon/spa in Burlington, hands down! Support
