Very unhappy after today's conversation with the front desk team at cascade dental.
I was informed today that I had no shows for multiple appointments, if any I had one, I had tried to reschedule an appointment and never got a call back about that, but after 30+ years of going to the same dentist, I got told they did not want to rebook with me.
I'm heartbroken to be honest, the one dentist I trusted, and cared about, who always made me laugh, told me he didn't want to see me anymore.
I've always been very loyal to people who go above and beyond to keep my business, but today after 30+ years

So I have this "condition" in my lungs where I will easily "cough" if there's even a hint of an irritation in my air passages. I had the privilege of having Doctor Findlay repair a broken tooth. I spent my time in his waiting room reading through articles of foundations he has set up through the Colleen Findlay Foundation where he has helped people who have suffered adversities get their lives back. He also had a post canvassing for an elder client looking for housing in this rental market, which has left many scrambling to find and afford housing. His staff from the moment I entered to his assistant were all kind and made me feel so comfortable. I knew I was in good hands. Doctor Findlay provided kind and compassionate
