I hired Jansen Law when I sold my condo and purchased my new home. Two separate transactions over two weeks. Both closings were done efficiently and all my questions answered in a professionally and timely matter asked by Mr. Jansen and his staff. Hired Jansen Law to help my husband adopt my daughters, they were to file adoption paperwork and apply for new birth certificates. At first they were great, adoption paper work was done, birth certificates were applied for and I paid the bill..BIG MISTAKE! Kids were legally adopted August 20 and I still have no birth certificates, 3 times they have either sent in wrong paper work or not completely filled out birth certificate applications, after they were returned to me for the 3rd time I called to complain, Mr Jansens reply was Oh don't worry we won't charge you for a service we didn't do, I told

Had a great experience dealing with Mr. Jansen. However, my experience with Rachel was nothing comparable. I had contacted Rachel in regards to divorce proceedings. Summarizing my experience....very unresponsive, not helpful nor engaged with my matters at all. Very difficult to get a hold of or even get a response to numerous follow up emails. Very dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism!
