Our dog had swelling on her face and took her here for an examination. After 10 minutes (with me not even being present due to these covid rules) was told its an infection in her back tooth and in fact, all her teeth are bad and need to come out. No biospsy, no other possible diagnostics they could have done. So I paid for the exam and left. Three days later her swelling starts looking like a huge pimple and finally it burst and came down. It looks so much better now. Lesson learned here! Thank god she eats a clean biologically appropriate diet and that's how I knew her teeth could not have been

Called this place about getting a second opinion after receiving a personal recommendation. Tried to book an appointment with a vet. Was told by the office manager to talk to my own vet first to get clarification on the issue (suggesting I didn't have all the info already), and that I could book an appointment with them after I did that. I called back after speaking to my own vet and being told what I already had been told by them. Was then told by the office manager that I could not book an appointment. When I asked why, she told me she thought it would be better for me to stick with my own vet

We have been customers of this office for 30+ years. Always had a good experience, until recently when we took our cat in for urinary issues. We authorized blood & urine work and then requested a call from the vet to discuss the results. No one called us after a few hours, so we called them. We were told that our cat had a very low grade infection and was treated with a long lasting antibiotic, which was reasonable. When we arrived to pick her up, we were given a bill for approx. $800 which included xrays, Rx, over the counter supplements and a further diagnosis of arthritis which we did NOT ask

Recently I brought my Cat to get neutered, it then became deathly ill by picking up a viral infection. They told me they didn’t think the cat was going to make it or they weren’t sure what happened. So I picked the cat up and took it to London regional emergency animal hospital. After all the testing they concluded it had picked up a virus there. The cat almost didn’t make it and was there for 6 days resulting in a atrocious bill. Since it was contagious they concluded that it had to of cane from the vet because our other cat did not have it. Be careful with you animals if you take them there

We brought our dog in for an after hours emergency visit. Exam, blood work, multiple x-rays. Went home with a pain prescription but no actual diagnosis, just told stomach issue. Had to come back in the morning for a follow up and more x-rays. A different vet came in and told us our dog had cancer and needed his spleen removed! She was void of any compassion and very curt. I left in tears. I took our dog to his regular vet in Dundas, because I just couldn't believe it. They did an ultrasound, and there was NO tumor, NO cancer, and obviously no need to remove the dogs spleen. My regular vet was appalled
