We are a full service printing and sign shop located just Northwest of downtown Calgary. We have been in business since 2002 (in the Kensington/Hillhurst area since 2012). My experience with Waldos has been fabulous. We have worked with their team a couple of times now and they continue to produce high quality results with all of our projects. Waldo and his team are knowledgeable, friendly and extremely accommodating. More then once now, they have gone out of their way to meet tight deadlines for us without question. Worst service at all
I´d been waiting for my flyers about 3 weeks now. This is really the worst customer service I deal with. Zero responsibility, they miss the orders, then they hang up the phone, totally mess up.
Now I want my money back, but they refuse to pay it back because they already have my order. I needed it 3 weeks ago not now.
Give me my money back!
