Dr. Chow began his journey to dentistry at the University of British Columbia where he graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biopsychology. From there, he attended the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco, which he graduated from in 1998. With his Doctor of Dental Science degree under his belt, Dr. Chow returned to his hometown of Maple Ridge, BC to begin his practice.

I am so happy with Silver Valley dental for myself and teen son. I used to take him to PDG since a toddler...I have been coming to Silver Valley for a few years and finally thought I should bring my 14 year old here...so today was his first visit with Doctor Chow...when we walked to the car after the visit he said mom I always want to come here now ok!! So happy with the gentle care with all the staff....wish I had brought my child here many years ago....Good work Silver Valley Dental!!

Dr Chow is highly knowledgeable, professional and honourable, yes, honourable!!! He only does what's needed, talks you through every step and shows respect for his clients. His staff are equally competent and respectful. Going to the dentist isn't usually fun but when you visit Dr Chow and his team it's a most enjoyable experience.

What a fantastic dental practice! I have become afraid of going to the dentist over the years but the vibe there is so welcoming and calm that I have no problem relaxing at all. The staff is friendly and you won't find a more genuine guy than Dr. Chow, he is knowledgable and doesn't offer treatments you don't absolutely need to maintain a healthy smile - not a salesman, just a great dentist!

Our family including kids now ages 11 to almost 15 have been patients of Dr Chow for quite a few years now. We heard about him through word of mouth. He has a great dentist chair manner and does procedures quickly, pain minimally, efficiently and with such great politeness. My mom had dentures made and be helped her navigate through that with different financial options. His receptionist is also very helpful and friendly. We would recommend him, and to try him as your dentist.
