Teresa has a Bachelor of Science, Major in Biology Co-op from the University of Victoria in 1990; a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine, University of SK, in 1995. Dr. Jacobson is actively involved with Alley Cat Alliance a charitable organization for animals down on their luck.
