My thanks to you is endless but I especially wanted to thank you for yesterday's session. I have been in this 'funk', I can't really explain it, and had worried seasonal depression was creeping up (which of course still is a possibility). Mind, Body and Soul was definitely not in it's best version of self.
After my adjustment yesterday, not only did the stiffness and soreness of my body dissipate but my mood and overall energy level was .... lifted? Its hard to put into words but was so worth sending you a note to thank you. It's almost as if you adjusted my soul with that session.

I had a painful lower back and neck injury from my job. It was terrifying when I realizing I couldn't stand up straight, twist or bend without horrible pain. I am very grateful that I found Dr. Cheema. He is healing my back and I can now say that my pain is nowhere where it used to be. His office is clean and friendly and I will definitely continue to see him for the health of my back since my work can be hard on it. Tiffany who works at the front desk is very organized and lovely as well!

I have always been a skeptical of chiropractic care but after caving to my wife's advice too see Dr. Hafiz I've been very happy with his help. I have been dealing with neck pain and headaches/migraines the past several years and now the pain is much more bearable and headaches far less frequent. I would recommend Guardian to anyone dealing with pain.

I have been seeing Dr. Cheema for almost a year now. My first session that I had with him I felt instant relief in my chronic lower back pain. He is extremely knowledgeable about his practice and thoroughly explains where the pain comes from and easy strategies for how to provide relief at home after his adjustments. My back pain is no longer occurring on a daily basis and I am finally able to have some pain-free days with the help of his chiropractic care. I used to see him on a weekly basis and am now able to go 3 weeks without having adjustments to my lower back thanks to him! He is a very personable

I can not recommend this place enough. I went in with an open mind and being sick of my neck and back pain. My back has kept me down and my neck had been facing down permanently. At least that's what it seemed like, until I saw Dr. Cheema and in the last 3 months my life has changed for the better.
I went from horrible sleeps and pains when waking up and not being ale to properly walk or carry myself anywhere and overall being miserable. Since I have gone there I haven't been happier in the last two years of pain. I was like a lot of people thinking the body pain will pass and just being overall
