At Orr & Associates Insurance Brokers Ltd. we are very proud of the service that has been provided to our clients for over a century. In 1912 Victor A. Hall started selling insurance in King City through a contract with the Waterloo Insurance Company. In 1923 Victor's son, Bruce, joined the company to make the agency Victor A. Hall & Son Insurance Agency.
Linda has worked in the insurance industry since 1979. The most important aspect she has learnt over the years is how important it is to have a satisfied client. To achieve this means you must exceed customers' expectations. Linda makes this her daily goal. Melissa's start in insurance came in 2004 as a brokers assistant.
Ken Orr entered the insurance business with his father in 1977 with the purchase of John C. Dew Insurance, King City. In 1987, Ken purchased the business from his father. Ken received his Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker designation in 1998. Ken was nominated to the Board of Directors of the Insurance Brokers Association of Ontario in 1991 and served as its President in 1999-2000.

Someone recommended Orr & Associates, and we were able to get a good quote. We are first time home buyers, and new to the process. When we made a mistake with our initial intake, I was unimpressed when I was met with a bad attitude and poor customer service when we had to rectify the mistake.
