To avoid a cancellation fee, please give our team 24 hours notice if you are unable to make it to the scheduled time that has been set aside for you. If cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment, there will be a charge 50% of the service. If you fail to notify us & are a no- show, you will be charged 100% of the booked services.
