Taking care of your oral health shouldn't make you scared or nervous, but many Canadians report feelings of anxiety while in the dentist's chair. Nitrous oxide, also called "laughing gas, " is an excellent option to help remove feelings of anxiety and make you more comfortable during your visit. Nitrous Oxide is not a general anesthetic - it's what you would call inhaled minimal sedation.

Dr. Alvin Der had been our dentist at a previous location for many years. We have decided to stay with him at his new practice. We have always been very impressed with Dr. Der's dedication, compassion and care for the welfare of his patients. Doctor Der is a fantastic dentist. I would highly recommend him. His staff and hygienists are professional and thorough. He creates plan of care with good explanations and includes my opinion in that plan. He only does what is needed for my dental heath. Excessive dental work is not done unless requested. Thank you Der Der and staff at Eastgate Dental Clinic.

We have been going to Tracie for a number of years now. She and her staff are amazing. What I love most is that any procedure we have ever needed, she has always given us advice that has our best interest in mind and a long term focus. We trust her always and have never had a bad experience. Dental work can be extremely scary at times for some people , so if you need a place that will guide you through and keep your mouth healthy and happy, Eastgate is the place ‼️

Myself and all 3 children have seen "Dentist Tracie" for approx 22yrs now. Twice a year every year and we wouldn't change a thing. Tracie is beyond amazing and I've also referred many pts and friends to her. My youngest is 11 and has had braces and different apparatuses and Tracie and Taylor are the absolute best !!!! Ally is also a great hygienist and the older boys like going to see her.

Best dental clinic in the city. Very nice staff, woman centred clinic. I feel safe and have a nice time whenever I am there, which is rare for the dentist. I have always dreaded going to the dentist, but never at Eastgate. With the massage chairs, the tv’s and the really nice staff, the time goes by very quickly.

Timely service, friendly and professional staff. I have now had two cleanings, a checkup, and a filling at this clinic and have had good service at each appointment. Clinic is very clean and comfortable. I like that I can watch tv during my appointment. No complaints at all, would recommend to anyone.
