Thought i would take a second to express my gratitude for a job well done. I usually fix my own vehicles but recently purchased a car for my wife and we had an issue two weeks into owning it. I did my home work on prices, parts and what i felt the issue was. They got me right in, went through the car and gave me a very reasonable price with excellent customer service with explaining to me what's wrong, what's needed and what it would cost.

They are worthy of trust. They not only do excellent work but they guarantee it for three years and/or 36,000 km. They have been in business since 1993. I took my Volvo to them for service and it was perfect. They gave me an estimate to repair what they found. This agreed perfectly with my observations and those of my inaccessible regular mechanic in Bellingham, WA. They performed all of the work in a day and provided a loaner car.
They are now my new auto repair shop. My expectations were completely exceeded.

Perhaps the most refreshing and positive experience I’ve had with an automotive service centre. They took very good care of my Volvo S80, resolved my A/C problem, explained everything to my satisfaction, answered all of my questions provided a service loaner while my car was being serviced and then followed up with a phone call to see if the repair resolved the problem. Excellent service, quality and professionalism.

(5 STARS) Well since my old shop is no longer I asked around to find a new Mercedes Benz mechanic. Collins Automotive was recommended by two good friends, they did not disappoint. I called in and Doug the owner… answered the call, very friendly and very helpful. He got me in the shop before my planned road trip and had me back on the road in the driver seat same day. Great service and my Benz is like new. Needed some minor repairs and A3 Service. Mercedes quoted me way too much just for the A3 service, when I left Collins Automotive I felt like I ripped Doug off. 5 Star service and 5 Star

DO NOT GO HERE. Just picked my car up yesterday and I left with a problem that I didn't arrive with. They did not finish the job they left the spark plug lead loose so of course the car was throwing up codes. Although if I wanted them to fix it I would of had to pay more for their labour because they did not want to admit to there mistake. That is after they changed out my clutch of which they charged 600$ over what they quoted
