We understand busy schedules and different circumstances are difficult to avoid. Such circumstances may lead to requiring an appointment cancellation or rescheduling. In order to do so without incurring a fee the salon must be contacted more than 24 hours prior to the start of the scheduled appointment.

It was my first time getting a perm done and my stylist was absolutely amazing. he was incredible knowledgeable and was so talented. i have never had curly hair before so he made sure to show me exactly how to maintain it, which i greatly appreciated. I have been using the products he recommended and living with my new hair for over 2 weeks now and i could not be happier. THANK YOU

Augusto is the most professional, detail oriented and patient stylist I’ve ever been to! I was so impressed with the service at Hair Xtacy.
I called the salon two weeks ago to make an inquiry about perming services. The receptionist was very friendly and happy to answer all of my questions. She scheduled me for a consultation with Augusto for that same week.
My consultation Augusto was great. He gave it to me ‘straight’. He told me the risks of perming my already highlighted hair and explained the care process I would need to following for permed hair. He made me feel very informed about

For starters, hands down the best salon I've been to. the vibe, energy, people, all do an amazing job to make sure your comfortable with your visit and welcome you like your one of there own. everyone there is amazing. I was looking around and seeing how dedicated and happy everyone was to work there and do there job. I came in recently and Anthony did my hair. he's such a talented, patient, caring, and passionate person, him himself and doing his job. there was never a time where I didn't trust him with my hair or didn't feel comfortable being in there. carmen the owner is the nicest sweetest

The stylist my daughter used is Carolyn and she’s wonderful. However they just changed the price for my 9 year old who has short hair. A girl cut has gone up from the original $25 to $42. My daughter has a very short hair cut. A boy cut is $30. When I questioned the manager he said it is based on girls usually having longer hair. However, in the case of my daughter she doesn’t have long hair. Why is a child cut more when the hair cut is the same? This is completely gender discrimination based on nothing more than my child being a girl. This is 2021! Charge a 9 year old haircut based

This was my first time with this salon and my hair was super long, hadn’t cut in years. I was initially apprehensive about cutting my hair short but Agusto (Sorry if I’ve spelled your name wrong!) was my stylist and he did an excellent job and took time to explain everything about how he was going to do it. I feel he did a bring a new style to my hair and I was very happy with the outcome! 👍🏼

I used the online booking tool to make an appointment for 12:00 at a specific New street and Guelph. After Triple checking my email for the confirmation I went to get my hair cut. I arrived and sat there for a few minutes, mildly confused as to why it was empty. A worker (not sure who) came in and promptly got very assertive with me, saying that I couldn't have booked an appointment there and I was wrong. I tried explaining that I had the webpage that said the location I booked for and the email confirming the appointment. He continued to say I was in the wrong and without a single word that

I left the salon absolutely disappointed! I spent more than $100 and the owner, who cut the hair, didn't take any responsibility of his mistakes (cutting the hair much shorter that I asked and not at all resembling the pitture that I shown). Today I'm going to spend more money trying to fix elsewhere the horrible haircut that Carmen made!

I visited this salon on my birthday yesterday for a cut and colour. The receptionist was very friendly offered me a hot or cold beverage. I had a really good consultation with Diana to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I cut alot off my hair which is what I wanted, and my colour turned out exactly what I had told Diana. I was happy how it turned out as I usually get really nervous who touches my hair. For the cut and colour i paid $150 without tip. I will be back to see Diana again!
