Yes, We are master hair colourists and will always achieve a natural look if that's what you are looking for, because we are trained technicians. It could be because the colour that was chosen is either the wrong one or the timing is not right and it's being either taken off to soon or left on too long.

They should be ashamed of themselves for taking $500.00 for a dye job they never finished and left my daughter with 3 different patches of colour in her hair!! A picture of what she wanted in colour and cut was provided. Not sure how orange, pink and blond add up to blond hair!! 😲😡

250.00 dollars for color and highlighting, kept dropping comb on floor and just picked it up and kept going...never cleaned it...also never got a shampoo just rinsed the color out....

I had an amazing experience at Haircut 1000 recently. It was my first time there and I was delighted with what Melissa and Candice did with my hair colour! They are definitely pros in this field! Aside from this, I so enjoyed the lovely laidback atmosphere and the banter. I will definitely be back!!

My new favourite hair salon. Wish they were in Toronto. Thankfully however, I visit the area now and then. This was my first and certainly not my last visit. Good comfortable atmosphere with good people doing good hair. Thanks for the fix Candace :)

I went to haircut 1000 for a colouring and had a wonderful experience. The staff was very nice and welcoming. They used quality products which left my hair smelling amazing, feeling amazing and looking beautiful.
