Dr. Fadden 's goal is to provide each patient with comfortable comprehensive care, incorporating health and function with a beautiful smile. She achieved her degree at the University of Toronto in 1991 and is currently a member of the Canadian and Ontario Dental Societies, The North American Academy of Computerized Dentistry, and The International Association of Orthodontics.

A crown or cap is a cover that fits over a properly prepared tooth that has been damaged by decay or accident, or is badly stained or shaped. A crown can be made of, porcelain, metal or porcelain & metal. All-porcelain crowns look more like your natural teeth & therefore are usually used for front teeth, while porcelain with metal underlay has more strength & is good for crowns in the back of the mouth.

The office staff were so helpful from the start. I am also grateful for Dr. Mayring's honesty and taking the time to explain things to me; as well as, ensuring a decision is in my health interest by first following up with my specialist. I had a great experience today at St.Andrews Dental. The people were so friendly and overly accommodating to my sensitivity and needs financially. I am overwhelmed by the efforts put forth by ever staff member I was in contact with starting from my initial call with Amber. This office genuinely cares about their patients and their individual needs. You are never just a patient to them, they treat you like Family.

It took me over 12 years to find a good, trustworthy dentist in Cambridge. After trying 5 different places over the years and many traumatic experiences and horrible dentist work I took my chances on St Andrews Dental based on reviews I had read from other community members. I have Dr. Mayring and I couldn't be happier with my experiences with him. He's very genuine, honest and kind. For years I went to a different dental practice - it wasn't until I changed to St. Andrew's Dental that I experienced what a dentist SHOULD be. All of the hygienists and dentists have been truly wonderful. A special shout out to Dr. De Pratto - who provided me with emergency/same day service.
I was seriously anxious and he sat with me and made sure I was comfortable. Seriously - they are the best.

I love the care I receive every time I come. I know that both me and my kids are well taken care of. I especially love the hygienist, Janet. I’m a nervous person at the dentist, but Janet has a way of talking professionally and also relatable and personal. She is extremely thorough with all of us and I feel so thankful!

Dr. DePratto and Maddy were amazing with my daughter! She hasn’t had a great experience in the past with fillings and her appointment went amazing yesterday! These two made her feel so comfortable and she had such a positive experience. She no longer has a fear of having a filling done. Amazing job with kids highly recommend!

This dental office is like no other I've been to. They don't just clean your teeth and look at X-rays. They actually look at your teeth AND your smile to see what they/you can do to make it better. They do a before picture and give you options to improve your smile, not just your dental health. If you want, they will create a plan for your teeth! Very kind people, would still go there if I hadn't moved.
