I am disappointed with the management. The dentists are great but the front desk is not iv had many issues here most recently i booked a cleaning for a date in november then they call me to reschedual because there is no dentist apparently that day so they tell me thurs at 120 so i go there and my appt was wend at 120 nobody called me to say i missed my appt or where am i and the lady said thursday twice and when i went thur the lady was rude and so now i am going to find a denist else where too many mistakes and mess ups here

I've been going here for many years and have never had anything close to a bad experience. Everyone I've encountered here is easygoing, helpful and professional. The dentists and oral hygienists are incredibly patient, kind and accommodating. This is the only dentist' office I don't dread going to lol.

I'm always VERY nervous about going to the dentist (especially the first time visiting a new dentist!), but their staff put me at ease immediately. Everyone is extremely friendly and walked me through everything they did. The office was exceptionally clean and I felt very comfortable with all of their covid protocols. I cannot recommend them enough!

Great dental center, very clean and really nice staff. Doctor Trisna is my dentist, she is very thorough and professional, I needed to straighten my teeth, I opted for an invisilign treatment, Dr Trisna took the time evaluating options and explaining me about the treatment and how it was going to work, answered all my questions and followed up with my treatment all the way through. My teeth are now straight in a record time and I am very happy!

I moved to Cambridge full time about a year ago and started struggling to attend my regular dentist in Oakville, where I had been going my whole life. So I sought out a dentistry in my new home town and I can say that I am not disappointed in the slightest with Ainslie Street Dental Centre.
Their location is friendly, clean, comfortable, and incredibly accommodating. I feel very safe and calm during my dentist appointments with Dr. Fry and the hygienists. Everybody at the front desk is incredibly friendly too, always saying hi with a smile.

Beautiful office, great staff and a wonderful Dentist!
I am usually not a big fan of going to the dentist but I read the reviews and I thought to try it out. Beautiful office when you enter made me relax right away. My cleaning went by quickly and Dr. Shinger was informative and friendly! She made me feel relaxed in the chair. I will definitely be back!
