The staff immediately make you comfortable and are very accommodating especially if patients have special considerations like a background in trauma. I had not been to the dentist in 2 years and almost canceled as I felt so sick and anxious. Registering I was both anxious and wary of the examination. Mindy, in reception, was very understanding, asked if there was anything she could do to support me, gave me a glass of water, and layed a warm blanket, fresh from the dryer, over me. Natalie and her staff provide awesome customer service and top notch professionalism and workmanship in the Dentist profession. I've been a patient of hers for nearly 20yrs and could never see myself going anywhere else. They truly care for what they do and their patients. I have gone here for myself and my daughter who is 6. My daughter is terrified of the dentist and they were absolutely amazing! My daughter left the office beaming because she was so proud of herself for being able to face her fear and let them take x-rays and clean her teeth. They were so patient and sweet with her! This is a very caring environment. The doctor is very kind and the front desk operator responsible for making appointments is patient. During the waiting time, children still have toys to play with. Although the process of seeing the teeth is full of pain, the 6-year-old daughter is not resistant to coming here to see the teeth.

This place is very busy and difficult to get going with .. but worth the wait. Very helpful..very informative..and very kind and understanding. They work with you from the beginning to achieve awesome results. I love how they do so much work in one sitting while you are already frozen. And surprisingly fast while still achieving spectacular quality work! I have avoided the dentist all my life while trying many different ones... always nervous. I am totally comfortable here... completely trust them. My permanent dentist from here on. Thanks guys!

Everyone at Bedford South Dentistry is wonderful. The admin staff is always very pleasant and helpful. We started taking our daughter to Dr. Jill after a traumatic experience with a pediatric dentist and she has been so patient and kind to her. She is wonderful with kids and has helped our daughter regain her trust in dentists. She no longer is afraid to go.... even for a filling! Thank you!
