I wanted an appointment at this dental office, because I do have difficulties with dental anxiety and I heard that Dr. Fredette was good with anxious patients. Unfortunately, trying to get my appointment ended up inducing anxiety instead.
The administrator sent documentation to me, which she said could be sent electronically or submitted in person on arrival. She also sent Covid-19 screening questions that she also stated could be submitted electronically as well. During none of our correspondence did she ever state that any of the documentation had to be submitted by a specific date/time. Therefore

This is the best dental office in Halifax.
They are quick, they are efficient, and so friendly!
I’ve moved since, and I do miss this place, but I get constant compliments from my dentist now on how well my fillings were done, and how amazing they look, he always says “wow this dentist really knew what they were doing”.
My dentist was Dr. Chiasson.

Cannot say enough good about this place! Dr. Fredette is my own dentist and I also bring my four-year-old son to see her as well. She is gentle, kind, extremely knowledgeable, and doesn't shame you in any way. Her staff are also exceptional. It does not take overly long to book appointments and they communicate by email which not every dentist will do.

I really liked Dr. Fredette and the whole staff at Sante Dental. They made me feel as comfortable as I can be at the dentist. Very reasonable prices and I did shop around before booking the appointment. Did not make me feel self conscious or shamed. Thank you.

I highly recommend Dr. Fredette. I had an emergency appointment with her for a toothache (I had been avoiding going to the dentist). Right away she put me at ease. My tooth is great now, and since then I have continued to see her to get back on track with my dental health, including wisdom tooth extractions. All procedures were painless, she is very gentle and skilled, and provides excellent patient care. If you have been putting off going to the dentist like I did, see Dr. Fredette!
