Excellent service, which is actually quite rare from automotive shops in Oakville. We are thrilled to have found Mark's - they did an excellent job rebuilding our brakes. Service from Paul at the front desk was extremely courteous and professional, and we really appreciated being given a loaner while our car was in the shop. We received constant, detailed communication on our situation and our car was delivered on time and slightly under budget. We won't hesitate to return to Mark's!

I arrived for my appointment, was told what time to return, and provided with a loaner vehicle. I arrived ten minutes before my due time to find my car freshly washed and waiting. The bill was explained and nothing had been overlooked. The entire experience was wonderful and,I will not hesitate to schedule my next service appointment at Mark's. Perhaps I should also mention that all the Covid protocols were in place and coffee was available for those waiting in the socially distanced waiting area.

This is from what I can tell a good shop. The service writer tends to be honest about my vehicle needs, work is done on time and as promised, there haven't been any hidden fees that I've seen. In fact I had an issue with my truck and another shop was unable to diagnose the problem. Mark's was able to figure out what was wrong and gave me a free loaner car when my truck had to stay overnight. The next day I picked up my truck and the issue was fixed.

I'm glad I found this place. I was looking for an honest garage, which seems like an oxymoron, but I found the prices fair, the process straightforward, and the service exceptional. Kudos to Paul, who was clear about every bit of work that was done on my truck. They also loaned me a BMW to drive for as long as the service took. I'll definitely be back. (Hopefully not too soon.)

Mark’s Auto Service provides all-round excellent service. They are professional, friendly, helpful and efficient. They offer advice and options without making me feel pressured to do more work or spend more money than I need to in the way I have felt before at the dealerships. They are honest and they have integrity. I have always been able to get my car in for service quickly and the work is also completed in a timely manner. Dan and Steve have exemplary customer service skills and they are knowledgeable and trustworthy. I will always take my cars here for service.

READER'S BEWARE - PLS READ CAREFULLY !!!
I had a half-day off from a busy business schedule and this auto shop was available to see me on the spot - I was looking for rear rotor resurfacing as there were smudgy contaminants on the rear rotors only (front rotors were spotless). Here are the pluses and (mostly) minuses of my experience:
Pluses:
1) Available when I called and checked me in right away
2) Was explained the potential causes for my concern and recommended actions. Was told rear rotors were contaminated by too much grease applied which spilled on the rotors. Was also shown front pads
