They might be good mechanics (not for me, after spending 1.5K+ car is still with the same problem as in the beginning), but are highly unprofessional people. I booked an appointment last month and they kept my car for extra 4 days because of staff shortage at their end (told by Rob). So I payed extra money for rental car out of my pocket.
After they fix car same problem came back within a week and I made another appointment with Rob and they didn't honor the appointment date and kept the car for extra day on top of that they didn't bother to call me and let me know that they need car for another

If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. Have been a customer for about 8 months now, but brought my car in for an alignment and rear tires today. Alex (technician) went over and above by dialing in alignment perfectly. The car (99' 911) feels like new life has been given to it. You'd be crazy to go anywhere else.

Thanks to Rob and Brad at European Automotive. My Audi's belt tensioner failed while on the way to work, leaving me without power steering or a functional alternator. My usual shop was closed, so I dropped in and asked for help. They had the car diagnosed by early afternoon, and parts ordered and installed by 515 pm.
I got my car back in top shape, and washed to boot! I love it when a shop washes my car when it's in for service, classy move. Thanks for helping me out! A trusted shop for your European car repairs and maintenance.

Rob and Matt are amazing! After trying with 5 other auto shops and 2 Audi dealers, Rob and Matt finally helped me to activate the TPMS on my car. They are very professional and knowledgeable.
