Dr Helen has greatly enjoyed practicing dentistry by always challenging herself advancing her knowledge and technique in dental treatments. In addition to providing a large variety of treatments Dr Helen completed a comprehensive two year course in orthodontics and followed through with the Level I and Level II Invisalign accreditation.

Regular check-ups are always a key part to long term dental health. On a first visit to our office the initial appointment would involve a complete oral examination. Complete assessment and charting of your existing dental work, your tissue and bone health and your bite. A treatment plan will be customized for every patient depending on their health needs.
Crowns are a way to cap or encircle a tooth to provide strength and function when they have been weakened due to fractures, large fillings and cavities, or have been treated with a root canal. Crowns can also be used to correct the aesthetics of teeth as an alternative to orthodontics. Bridges are used to replace a missing tooth, using adjoining teeth as support.
Orthodontics offer the opportunity to straighten teeth and improve the alignment of your bite providing you the smile you always wanted. I have been a patient of Dr. Chrissanthakopoulos for about 20 years. Always get great care, from regular hygiene care through to extractions and crowns. Recently renovated/expanded space is great. All staff are very friendly and efficient. I always feel like I'm getting the best care possible from everybody there.

My wife and I and several members of our family have been patients of Dr. Helen for a number of years and have always been impressed by how amazing a dentist Dr. Helen has been. She is experienced, thorough, caring and meticulous. She expertly handled our son's hockey mishap with unbelievable skill (- and on Christmas Eve I might add).
The office staff (Kerri) is amazing too - always navigating the insanity of insurance with skill and patience. I have to also give a positive shout out to the very skilled hygienists too - they are all very gentle and thorough. We cannot recommend this dental practice

From my first visit with Dr. Helen 15 years ago, I have experienced the best dental care. She is kind and friendly and she takes an interest in you as an individual. Dr. Helen explains fully any dental issues you have and offers options to resolve those issues. The hygienists are very gentle and do everything in their power to make cleaning as compfortable as possible. They listen and take seriously any concerns you may have. I am very happy and grateful that I found Dr. Helen and her team.

Our dentist retired and so after going to the same dentist and practice for 30 years it was not going to be an easy task to replace the service, trust and relationship we had developed. Well, I have to say that we have been so fortunate to have met Dr. Helen and the entire Team at Trafalgar Ridge Dental for our next chapter of dental care. I've been a patient here for almost 20 years (time flies) and so has my son who had his little picture on the wall way back in the day from his first appointment. I always feel like I'm seeing old friends when I come for an appointment. It makes having a dental appointment, for a person who loathes metal touching their teeth, a more pleasant experience. The staff, especially Kerry, are all warm and welcoming and helpful! I would highly recommend!

Dr. Helen is fantastic. I have been with her over 20 years and make the drive back to Oakville with my kids just to stay with her and her practice. It is worth the drive. She is caring and takes the time to know us and our personal needs and preferences. She is skilled and I trust her completely. It is a warm and inviting office with great staff, I strongly recommend them all.

Our family has been going to Trafalgar Ridge Dental for the last few years following a referral from close friends, a family of five, who had been making the trip from Port Credit to see Dr. Helen and her excellent team for numerous years. In addition to being our family’s primary dental practice, they were also able to take over management of an orthodontic program which had unfortunately gone awry. The practice was able to “right the ship” so to speak.
