Whether you're looking for pain relief or just a lifestyle change, we have the therapist for you. Swedish, deep tissue, orthopedic, sports, pregnancy, and osteopathic techniques such as cranio-sacral, muscle energy, and visceral manipulation to name a few. All RMTs have been trained in a core set of techniques, but each RMT uses an individual style and set of techniques which vary in pressure, depth, and approach based on post-graduate training.
Anne has been a Registered Massage Therapist in White Rock since 1995, as well as co-owner of Bayview Therapeutic Massage for 22 years. She set up in White Rock because there is nowhere else she'd rather work, having lived here for most of her adult life.
Prior to her training at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy from 1993-95, she practiced massage therapy at a chiropractic clinic in California from 1990-91, before moving back home to receive formal training and licensing.Anne's approach to treatment is to consider what is going on with her client that particular day, as well as any longer-term patterns and overall health history.

Kristen grew up in the South Surrey area playing soccer and volleyball. She is an avid runner, having completed numerous 5k and 10k events as well as a half-marathon. Kristen enjoys being active and being outdoors. Kristen completed her Bachelors Degree of Human Kinetics from UBC Okanagan and continued on to pursue a career in Registered Massage Therapy, graduating from Vancouver Career College.
