The windshield washer on my 2009 BMW had stopped working and was afraid to take it to the dealers, as you know how they charge... took it into Redline and spoke to Jeremy who gave me an appt. . took it back at the appointed time .. the problem was diagnosed .. and fixed like new....Was so pleased .. the shop was clean and all the guys there were very polite and helpful... will definitely go back if my car needs to....

These guys are awesome. Bought snow tires on rims online, but vendor did not send lug bolts and said OE's should fit. Jeremy quickly told me OE's did not fit but he could order from his local supplier and install in a few hours. He called back in no time and everything was ready to go - even offered to arrange a ride since I didn't want to wait. Very professional and reasonable. Told me to come back for re-tourque since wheels and rims were brand new. Definitely will go back with both of our cars now.

Went here for the first time in September! There was a weird noise coming from my car that I just bought and I was looking for a new mechanic anyway. I chose this place because after looking through their website and reading all of their 5 star reviews I definitely felt like I could trust these guys! After going in for a noise inspection and having them fix the problem I was so glad to have finally found a new auto shop that I can bring my car too. These guys, especially Jeremy who I had the pleasure to speak with, are so kind and you can really tell enjoy their job. It's nice to deal with people

I am very happy with Redline Automotive service. They were very honest and professional. They got the job done on time and well-done. My BMW had coolant leak @ turbo charge side which requires a lot of experience and care to replace the pipes, Redline mechanics did it with ease and fast. I am very happy with the service & will continue to take my car for any future repair needs.
