Was referred to come here by my friend who has been servicing his car here for some time. My lights on the dash were flashing as well as the headlights, and some other random things were happening. After I brought here they were efficient to get it checked out and got back to me with the issue. They were able to get the replacement part ordered in and got me going again the same day. Great service and will be back soon to get my winter tires installed.

Wow!! Yet again, I am super impressed by the level of professionalism and care shown by Peter and the team at MyMechanic - Markham. They genuinely listened as I tried (not very well!!!) to explain what was going on with my vehicle. They addressed my concerns with expertise and reassured me that they would do everything possible to fix my car’s issues! Really appreciate these guys!

I came here to get new tires but Arun mentioned that my subframe is rotted out and needs immediate attention. I got tires at competitive price and labour and installation costs were very reasonable too. Peter and other front desk people were very professional and helpful. I received a quote for a 4 wheel alignment service and proceeded to book an appointment for the same day. I was instructed to show up at 2:30 even though I specifically inquired about the locations closing time being 3pm. Upon arrival at 220pm I was asked to come back another day. No apology. No explanation. Extremely poor and unprofessional service.

The front desk manager Peter is super nice. But their mechanics leave a lot to be desired. Took my car in to change a lightbulb in the rear driver’s side light. I figured how difficult is that? After half an hour they said the car wouldn’t start. That i may have to leave it overnight because it’s likely an electrical issue. From changing a lightbulb? Anyway, I gave them about three hours to try to fix it and came back and towed the car home. My neighbor who works at the TTC (but isn’t a mechanic) came over and fiddle with the car for less than ten minutes. He changed the fuse and voila

They just lost a loyal customer of over 4 years. I completely trust this company until the recent experience I've encountered with them. About a month ago I had my sparks plug replaced and after 1 month it burned . I took it to the dealer to have them check. They have confirmed that the plugs were never replaced and it is now burned. I am very disappointed and will never go back to My mechanic no more. They broke my trust

Had a really great experience with Stephen as my technician and Jian Hui as my advisor. I went in for a tear near the valve of my front passenger tire and had it repaired for $35 in about an hour.
Stephen went the extra mile to install my hub cap which was located in the trunk. I had never mentioned nor was asked if I wanted my hub cap installed, but Stephen must have noticed that the wheel that was being serviced was missing the hub cap and searched for it. I was ready to install it myself after receiving my keys, but to my surprise, it was already installed. Thanks Stephen!

Great service and friendly staff. I wanted to install a complete catback custom exhaust from Borla which wasn't a perfect fit. I've asked many garages to get this job done, but nobody was able to. They lift the car up, check the exhaust and tell me that they couldn't do it. I then ended up at MyMechanic at St&Mrkham, they did the same and thought it wouldn't be possible either. Then this guy named Arun understood that I really wanted to put on my new exhaust, so together with the mechanics he came with a creative solution to fix it with extra parts and some adjustments (bending the pipes) for
