Resolution should be set to 300 dpi. Pictures and graphics pulled from the internet are often low resolution, typically 72 dpi or 96 dpi. Avoid these graphics, as they will appear pixelated and blocky when printed. Also note that you should save all photos in CMYK mode, not RGB mode when possible. Images saved in RGB mode may not print properly.

Illustrator (up to version CS6), InDesign (up to version CS6) and Coreldraw (up to version X6) but our preference would be PDF format. Just attach your file to an email message and send to printing@expressprintingservice.ca Files up to 20 mb can be sent this way. If you have a number of files to upload and they are in a folder you may want to compress the folder (zip/stuffit) and send the compressed file rather than sending files individually.
