I had a complicated printing job that needed to be done urgently and was thrilled with how well the staff executed on everything I needed. I corresponded with Leah several times and she was exceptionally accommodating with all of my requests and changes. Further, when I needed to speak with the owner, I left a message and they returned my call personally within an hour. I am thrilled with how everything turn out, and would not only return, but would recommend them to others as well.

Wish it could be Zero. Leah is very condescending and rude, plain and simple, not very well educated on what her company offers on its website, and also stated when asked how to get a hold of the owners, (Pat and Marlene) her exact response was that she could leave a message in the office for them whenever they show up because they're not there all the time, nor could she give me an approximate time when they are usually in, hmm, that is very professional. Owners that are unable to be reached by phone or email, only by a message sitting on a desk for God knows how long before it is seen, since

Used them for an urgent job when other printer fell through. Not only was Leah and the team overly accommodating, but they were professional and thorough in dealing with us to be sure we got our job on time with first hand quality at a very good price. Spoke to a lady over the phone regarding printing of 100 presentation folders and was quoted $2,400 I don't even know how this is possible. I got quoted from 3 other printing shops the same work and it was $400. I'm not sure if we had a miscommunication but that is ridiculous. I have never felt so ripped off in my life and I don't know how they're still in business if this is how they treat first time customers
