I had the pleasure of being invited to a soiree at the White Room last week where I was able to participate in a consultation with the owner Amy, who was as gracious as always, and the Oribe representatives of the night's event. Amy took the time to address my issues with the Oribe representative, and then recommended the perfect solutions. It was a lovely time with wine and conversation. We all left with a goodie bag filled with Oribe items too, which was very nice and appreciated.

Got my hair styled by Alex which was AMAZING, she is such a great stylist and had a really good vibe/experience with her. UNTIL... I was rudely rushed out by a lady as the salon was closing. I later found out that the lady was the OWNER, Amy, and I am completely floored. I really had an excellent experience up until the last 5 minutes and I can't believe the owner would treat a client like that... I could think of multiple ways she could've tastefully told me they were closing up.
I would 100% recommend Alex, but will not return because Amy left such a bad taste in my mouth.

Just letting the public @ customers know that l had appointment 11:45 & when l arrived the front door was locked, the front desk employee came to the door told me l couldn't"t enter (reason) there was another client in the salon that requested privacy. (really sad) word of advice don't go

I expected professional service as this is a high end salon. I was dealing with Maddie and never I have encountered such a rude and hasty attitude from anyone in this business. What a shame that one person can ruin a potential ongoing clientele. I will tell my friends to avoid booking an appointment with this salon. Not worth her attitude.

Really enjoyed my first time experience here friendly staff, beautiful aesthetic, sell great products over all loved my experience would go back. Their flavoured water was a nice touch and hangers for your purse under each station. The little things count and this place definitely has attention to details 👌🏼

Was last minute I needed an appointment fortunately there was one available. The staff is so welcoming great relaxing environment. My color technician was Darlene, she is such a joy to be around, very upbeat friendly, her work is beautiful, real natural talent. Had Vanessa for my cut/style. She was great also, Vanessa followed exactly what I was asking for. Love my hair ladies, until next time cheers 😊
