Owner of Fortelli Salon in Oakville, Renato has been in the hair industry for over 35 years. He began his career working closely with his brothers, also in the hair salon business, at their Fortelli Salon locations throughout the area. Renato has owned the Oakville location for 20 years and continues to serve the greater Toronto area.

Our traditional gift cards are beautifully prepared and available in any denomination. They can be redeemed at our Oakville location and are good towards salon services or products. Single process colour is one colour all over, covering the entire head, or touching up just the root regrowth. There are three levels of single process colour: semi-permanent, demi-permanent, and permanent, each vary in strength and in how long they last. If you want to go several shades lighter or darker than your natural hair colour, all over colour is the way to go.

I needed a last minute appointment for hair extensions as I just got an awful haircut somewhere else that I needed fixing. They booked me in exactly when I needed it, they have the hair extensions in the store, they have so much supply and are very professional and knowledgeable. The man (possibly the owner) who did my hair was so good at it, so fast, and he did NOT have a lot to work with. After less than 3 hours my terrible haircut was fully invisible and I had long, beautiful, perfectly blended extensions. Hi Renato, our family has been going to Fortellis for as long as you have been in business in Oakville, your staff has prepared one of daughters bridal parties. Needless to say we have been very loyal. Recently my wife Diane was contacted by your staff (post shutdown) and an appmt was booked with Melissa for July 7th @11am and it was confirmed. On June 30th one of your staff called to confirm an appmt on July 1st @ noon. She asked why her appmt had changed and was told she never had an appmt on July 7th, which I can also confirm she did as I was there when it was booked. We were away for the long

After years of searching for a studio with skilled staff and high quality hair products, Fortelli hits the mark. I’ve been a client for the past 5 years and have *never* had a bad experience. I have long, very dark hair with layers of color on it, but when I decided to go lighter, Melissa took me down without compromising the integrity of my hair and achieved the exact look I was going for. The time is taken to really listen and consult before each appointment. I've been a loyal client for years now (I'm a 50 year old woman and have tried many salons before settling here). I trust Melissa and always love my cuts and colours! The staff seem friendly and the atmosphere is nice and welcoming. However they have no idea what they are doing including the owner. They told me they would be able to accomplish colour that I was hoping to have for my wedding. Because I was looking to have silver highlights I gave them 8 months to make sure I could get it where I wanted to. All they kept doing was adding toners to my hair. They ended up charging me well over &1500 over the course of 8 months and I had to use a box to dye my hair before the wedding because it was so bad. Booked a shellac pedicure for my cousin and I. Booking a place that says "spa" sounded like this place should be quite nice! Staff that did our feet never smiled, was annoyed they had to remove my previous shellac, The one lady who was doing the pedicure had a neck injury so asked my cousin to lift her feet up ( hmmm that was comfortable!) The lady that did my feet didn't know how to remove shellac!! Place where they have the chairs is quiet, no music playing,no spa like feeling at all! And a 75 minute Shellac pedicure as advertised was tops 50 minutes for us on

Someone that doesn't cut more than you want cut or push you into drastic new colours for the sake of change but does give a gentle nudge into current styles...that's what I found in Melissa!
