Carlos and his team have printed out several art pieces for me. They have done a fantastic job and check with me if unsure before going ahead. All my finished pieces have been on top quality paper (recommended by Carlos depending on the piece) and to perfect dimension. Next day (or even same day service) and very reasonable prices. Always delivered with a smile and expert advice. I can't recommend Carlos Graphics more highly if you need a special job.

I've been going to this shop for a year now and I've never been let down. At first, it was hard to find. The staff are very nice and get the job done right and quick so there are short wait times. The prices are very affordable. I recommend this place. It's great for those who take public transport as it's right in the Byward Market near the transitway.

I have been doing business at Carlos Graphics for over one year and have had approximately 500 hats embroidered over the course of this year. Recently I brought in a batch of hats to have the exact same design embroidered. Upon picking up the order, it was discovered that the design was not "exactly" as before (image was slightly smaller, colour of threads was different). This was understandable since the person who originally did all the embroidery has left and there was a new person who was in charge of the embroidery. All I asked was that we note the differences so the next batch can be made

Over the phone they were very nice and helpful, although the quoted price was the highest in Ottawa. I arrived early in the afternoon to place my order, and the man at the desk stunk of alcohol. They said my design wasn't possible. I asked what changes were required, no problem. I fixed it and confirmed with them, they approved it. I came back and there was a different man who told me they couldn't print on the shirt I brought, and I had to buy one of theirs. No choice, so I accepted. I picked up my shirt and it's the worst quality print I've ever received.
