Norlang Auto has been proudly serving Langley and the Lower Mainland as a dealership alternative auto repair centre for both domestic and imported automobiles since 1998. Since 1998, we have developed a reputation for the highest quality repair and maintenance, and other vehicle services. Essentially, we have become Langley and the Lower Mainland's dealership alternative auto repair services centre for domestic and imported cars, including all European models, because we have made problem solving our specialty.
The 1st Walnut Grove Family Day was a huge success with hot air balloon rides, entertainment, games and vendor booths. It attracted over 2500 people and $4,300 was raised for less fortunate families in Walnut Grove. This was the 2nd annual Clean-Up day. Working with the township of Langley, volunteers roamed the streets of Walnut Grove coming back with over 30 bags of garbage.

My last review got taken down, which I think is a joke.
My Honda Civic 2009, was having misfire issues. I brought my vehicle here for repairs, only for them to not find the issue, and when my car misfired again, they said bring it back, and once again found nothing wrong. I paid 250$, and I ended up having to go to another shop. They did a leak down test and found it leaking out the crankcase through a leaky valve. Valve adjustment fixed the car.
Horrible mechanics, and they do not know how to diagnose a vehicle properly. For 250$ diagnostic fee you would think they would have money to hire properly

If you have any sort of care for your vehicle DO NOT GO TO NORLANG AUTO!!!. I have a 2002 E55 AMG that needed the ignition replaced and they quoted me $2000 for repairs and labor. when i went to go pick it up they charged me $3000. i also got it back with half my bumper broken off because they dropped it off the lift, they said THEY would repair the bumper which is not the case. I now have to take my own time to bring it to a repair shop and wait 3 weeks for the new bumper to come in. after i got told the bumper would take 3 weeks to come in, my ignition went out again. they did fix it for me again

I took my car in last week for an oil change, to fix my turn signal, and replace a fuse for my gears! The experience was great and professional among staff. I greatly appreciated the staff giving me a ride to and from the shop while I was waiting for my car to be ready.
I also appreciated getting my car returned vacuumed and cleaned afterward.

I arrived to Norlang with my T1N sprinter having run into some issues in Chilliwack. They were accommodating and personable throughout the whole experience. The fix took four weeks, but it was due to parts that had to be ordered from Europe, which could not be helped. Even though my van took up their bay for nearly a month, they met me with a smile and were happy to answer all the questions I had. I will be returning the next time I need work done.

I've been taking my vehicle to Norlang for over a decade now and they have always been incredibly professional, honest, and performed high-quality inspections, maintenance, and repairs. They are a bit pricier than some shops but this is because they perform every job with integrity and offer the highest level of service. I was wow'd from the minute I walked into the front office. First time that I've used their repair services, but I can guarantee you that it won't be the last. I had an appointment and they were prepared for my arrival. Matt went over the work to be done, with clear explanations. Jen was very friendly and dropped me off back home. Fast and efficient processing when I came back to pick up my car. The work was performed to perfection and my car was washed, vacuumed, and sanitized. I am definitely coming back!

Would rather throw parts and customers money at a car then properly diagnose an issue. brought my car in because it wouldn’t turn over, they replaced the alternator followed by the distributor, neither solved the issue. $1400 dollars later they finally figured out the rear wiper motor was drawing the battery, pulled a fuse and sent me on my way. Great diagnostic they do here…Not sure if they just don’t know what they’re doing or if price gouging is a part of their policy but either way don’t waste your time. This was a couple years back and I didn’t realize at the time but now that

I gave 1 star for their courteous nature. I took my suv in for diagnostics as it was overheating. They new my suv was important for my work. They called to tell me my water pump went and they would work out a quote. I called a few times to see what it would cost by end of business day at closing they called and said 1400 - 1700. I was like huh. Not being super knowledgeable I said OK. After I spoke with a friend she ran it by her husband and his buddy who was over who used to work in a repair shop. He said that job should be no more then 800. He gave me the number to a shop to call. They picked

This garage used to be great, but the last few times I have been here the mechanical repairs have been vague or sub par.
The last time it was a fog light repair, the mechanic charge me 80.00 , used my light bulb and damaged the whole assembly installing it. I only realized this when I was replacing the other fog lamp and went to replace the one the mechanic worked on and I could not even remove the light he installed because how it was wedged into the spring.
When I took it back and asked them to replace the bulb with the new brighter one they said they did, ( but they didn't) left the existing

I would not recommend this garage. It was the worse experience I have had at a garage. I ask a mechanic to further explain a repair to me. He started out being rude and then changed to interrupting and being angry at me. This occurred in front of the manager, who did not intervene. I asked to speak privately with the manager, who was unconcerned with the issue. The manager would not further explain, nor would he apologize for the mechanics behaviour. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Many more garages in Langley to choose from, which provided better customer service.

How refreshing to go to a mechanic and not feel ripped off! These guys even found some stuff on my car that was done at another shop that was completely unsafe...thanks to Norlang for finding it!!
Lots of service bays and open from 7:30-5:30. Great communication while your car is getting worked on as to what they find. They even have 2 bays in the adjacent building for quickie lubes etc.
Service work comes with a 2 yr warranty too. I plan on ONLY coming here from now on for all my cars needed
