Awesome people to work on your vehicle, they give the best quote compared to other shops and give excellent service. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a honest, trustworthy and helpful shop to go to for work. The staff are great there, outside of work even too; Austin gave me great advice to get my vehicle running well again. Very impressed by their work.

Since we had our 1st vehicle towed in April of 2018 and dropped off at Jim's based on a recommendation from Fraser Valley Radiators (just across the street), we've received thorough and detailed descriptions of work performed, a written description of why we've brought it in, a description of work done, and even at times, a written caution, warning us of issues to keep an eye on that may not need immediate attention, while not feeling pressured to do the work.
Friendly, accommodating as much as reasonably possible, fair, and we feel like they've got our backs

These guys are as good as it gets. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They can fix any problem you have in a timely manner AND at a fair price. Greg and Mike will give you complete details of what's wrong with your vehicle, and even tell you what you'll need to be concerned about later on. I highly recommend these guys for ANY vehicle repair.

Jims was pretty awesome!
I have a 1990 Toyota Camry 25th Aniversary Edition - They where very straight forward when I needed to do the suspension & timing belt - They even found out that my rear drums had an issue and fixed them with new parts at very little cost as they had to disassemble the rear brakes to get at the Suspension anyways.
Would absolutely recommend these guys, very professional. After I got my car back I came across an issue where the seat and bearing where not sitting right and they had it good as new In less than a day with 0 hassle.
Will be taking my car to them for all future

Mike and Greg were amazing! For what was described as a "impossible job" by Preston Chevrolet, they got our RV fixed in less than two days (including the drop off, ordering of parts and repair)! They did the job faster than we had expected and at a super reasonable price. They had our vehicle out and done in one third the time that Preston Chevrolet took to inspect the vehicle and look up parts and did it at a quarter of the cost. Really highly recommend Jim's Automotive!

I recommend Jim's Automotive to everyone I know. Efficient and honest, I know my car was fixed with care and at a fair price (about 1/3 of what the VW dealership quoted me). Greg kept me updated throughout the diagnosis and repair process. Pricing was always upfront, no surprises. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. My car hasn't run this well in years! If you want honest service at a fair price, take your care there.

Just had my car serviced and repaired here. Greg and Mike were both very knowledgeable, personable and professional. Communication was prompt and courteous. My car was overheating and they were able to find the problem quickly. They also did a safety inspection and they let me know what issues they found before going ahead with anything, and made suggestions about how to go about it all. Their transparency and understanding was very much appreciated. I feel safe in my car again! Quality work, customer service and humans all-round. Highly recommend. Thanks guys!

I went to Jims Automotive today as my Pathfinder was having issues. They looked at my vehicle and told me that they would not fix it as it was in for some huge issues that weren't worth fixing. They didn't charge me a penny! So honest and the prices are awesome as my family all bring their vehicles there for repair. By far the best service and prices ANYWHERE.
